Pull the fitting towards the rear of the car. It will clip free so that you can remove it from the centre panel.

If you are finding it a problem to remove, you have two choices: either break the fitting and replace it with new; or try to reach behind the panel and unscrew the bulb holder. The reason why some holders are not easy to remove is because there are two versions.

Twist the lamp holder anticlockwise so that it removes from the holder.

You now can pull out the old lamp and replace with a new one.
